Wiki's - A great way of retaining knowledge
Written by Daniel Dwyer

By now, almost everybody has heard of Wikipedia (if you haven't go to www.wikipedia.org, check it out, then come back and read this article).

Similar to Content Management Systems, Wiki's hand back the development of content to the users of a website. They are highly searchable, easily navigated and a great way of storing content.

With knowledge retention such a big issue in many businesses (from small business to large government departments) - why not consider a Wiki for storing general information? You will then have a business portal that will act as an encyclopedia of knowledge for your business and business functions!

Feel free to contact us to discuss setting up a Wiki for your business or project.
